In honor of William Henry Gates III, I did research about this hero in “Biography Today.” I chose Bill Gates because he created Microsoft. After the research, I was glad that I did because I learned so much about him.

Who knew such a normal beginning would give the world such a hero? Bill Gates was born in Seattle, Washington on October 28, 1955. His father's name is William Henry Jr. and his mother's name is Mary (Maxwell) Gates. He is not dead, he is living.

The foundation of heroism is education. Bill Gates went to Lakeside School for many of his years from elementary through high school and graduated in 1973. He was a very intelligent man scoring an 800/800 points on his math SAT.

Hard work contributes to heroism. Bill Gates and Paul Allen created Microsoft, an advanced computer software. After that, Gates and Allen created Microsoft for the IBM personal computer. One of the most unforgettable highlights of his life was marrying his wife, Melinda Gates.

Bill Gates is important to mankind and changed the world.
