William Henry Gates, usually referred to as Bill, was born on October 28 1995 in Seattle, Washington. Both of Bill’s parents were overachievers just like he would grow up to be. William first attended a public city school. Later on in life he studied law and hoped to become a lawyer just like his father, who had attended Harvard University College.

Bill Gates is the chairman of Microsoft. Microsoft has more than 78,000 employees from over 105 countries all over the world! Bill Gates was the chief of software architecture and CEO of Microsoft.

Bill Gates has been rated the world’s richest man on Forbes Magazine World billionaires list from 1995-2007. When it comes to family wealth the Gates Family is second behind the Walton Family. One of the nicest things he’s done is make his own foundation called Barbera and Bill Gates Foundation.

The reason William inspires me is because I want to be the world’s next richest man and I love to work with computers and designing software just like him. The reason Bill Gates is my hero is because my dream is to become the next world’s richest man and considering Bill’s amazing achievement that sets the bar very high for me and many other people who want to beat his amazing achievement.
