My Grandfather

For me a hero is a devoted person who risks his life for helping other people.

My hero is my grandfather: Jean Claude Valentin. He was born in 1930 in Chalons. He lives in my village « Saint-Pierre ». He used to work in military base, now he works for his family.

He is a hero because for me because he is a brave person. When he was 12 years old, he saved a 4 year old child from drowning during the second world war.

I admire him for he used a lot of courage for this child. What a fearless man! For me he has realized a moving action.

To conclude, I wish I could have as much courage that my Grandfather had! He is so fabulous!
