This is Maya Angelou

A Hero is a person who actually tries to accomplish and help others. Maya Angelou Is a person who has some struggle in her life but also one of the people who never gave up. Maya is a person who is very organized to what she loves Writing poems and singing. She is one of many people who has been kind to others no matter how they look like. That's why Maya Angelou is my hero because she is one of the persons who inspired me when i was younger to help others, And some of her poems sometimes relaxes me for when i'm stressed out from school.

Maya Angelou has accomplished many things to make her well known like when she went with Oprah, and first lady (President. George Bush) to one of these fund raisers houses to help women with health problems. That was one of many things she did to help women and she also has many characteristics that make her stand out like that she is one of the elderly who never stop going for their dreams and never stop caring about others.

Maya said Martin Luther King Jr has inspired so many times throughout her childhood and even now. She has written many books with inspiration of Dr. King, she says King always knew the right words to say at the right moments and has helped so many people and for that of one many reasons she has decided to also and try to help others.. When Maya Angelou was a pre-teen she was raped by her uncle. Her family had murdered him for what he had done, and she felt guilty for his death and stayed mute for 5 years to what happened. She has encountered many things to her goals and that was to what discouraged her to her goal, she had inspired herself with some help from her teacher who had her keeping going and later on she decided to encourage and help others so the same mistake won't happen to them to what happened to her.

Maya Angelou achieved many things for society like she succeeded in writing books, poems, songs about her life and what had happened good and bad also what might help others because of what they're going through might be happening to them at the time. And at times it probably changed many lives because in some occasions some might have died because of no one encouraging them also of how the tips they might of gotten might have been from the wrong person. The achievements Maya does are very special to people who really need help with encouragement in some cases even people who have trouble with family problems, jobs, also in school. And she managed to do all this by listening to others, talking to others and helping them do the right choices.

When i first learned/heard about Maya i was in 3rd grade and ever since that day i felt bad for what happened to her and yet again proud of how she had helped others from risks and death. And also because, she is the one who made me decide that education is important and made me try harder but to also help others outside of school. also to try to help my parents when they are having difficulties with work, economy, etc. by not asking for much helping around the house also and help my younger siblings. Is how i am helping my family but also if i haven't of heard of Maya Angelou i don't know how where i would be at the time. Thanks to Maya Angelou i have help in life and am doing pretty good in school and having the will to help others.
