MAMA, I LOVE YOU

You are my heroooooo mom, if it was a gun my own mom is my bullet for the life I am living. Mum you're the breath I take everyday. I am what I am because my mom sacrificed a lot, the cross she carried am not sure whether I will ever carry it as a woman according to the changes which are coming up in this world, anyway I have learnt a lot from her "just like an elephant can't be defeated to carry its ivory," mom is struggled up to today. My mom is a blessing to me, whenever l look upon myself l appreciate her being my number in life and if there is anyone who can hurt me last and the most she is my mom. When the earth abandon me, I meaning when other people who are close neglect me, she is there for me always.

Back in l998 when my father passed away, my mother was a young, nice looking, fat woman with nine children left young with her to care for. By then I was in years of intelligence as any other child in that stage that was 8 years, eager to know and to learn. My mom qualifying to be my hero it's not easy for her to take a decision of raising all the 9 nine children in our city other than in the village where you can dig and get what you need to eat. People including the relatives advised her to go to the village where she had no land or house. Others could say that the children should go to their grand's yet the grand's also had other orphans to care for. Friends were telling her to leave us in the house and she get married because she was looking good for any other man. My aunt wanted to take me to the nuns and work in their plantation at that age. She insisted whether am young or green about what was done in that convent of nuns. Me I was excited about when my aunt told me she was taking me but my hero refused. I asked her why she had denied me from going she explained to me clearly that life was not going to be easy there. If anyone can mind putting oneself in my hero's shoes really it wasn't easy my dear. Suggestions were very many to one single women with a fore general weakness of decision making. In tears and sorrows my hero ignored everyone's word at that moment and she said was, "I will do anything to raise my children! Thanks for your pledges." She never abandoned us really. So when I thought of whom my hero could be she came to my mind. Looking back at the way she educated me in our slums with the little money she had, it wasn't cheap - please, although any parent could or may do that. One can say we all have moms but I just know mine.

At the age of 18 I realized that my hero had changed totally from the last 10 years, showing that the war she had tended to was a hot one. I couldn't imagine she was her but a hero to me that's life; it was because of her children's wellbeing. The mother is everything "she is our consolation in sorrow, our hope in misery, and our strength in weakness. She is the source of love, mercy, sympathy, and forgiveness. He who loses his mother loses a pure soul who blesses and guards him constantly."

Mom, when I laugh, she also laughs. My hero is like a shepherd who grazes his cattle in the desert. When am worried, disappointed, disturbed, she understands me. My hero you are "a blessing to me please". You always qualify to be my number one hero because God saw it since he is not visible to me he entrusted me with you mama. One time when I was very sick in the house my sisters and brothers left me for work and school without saying bye. My mom was not at home, she was in the village, but at the moment I was a alone I cried "mom mom mom I would have died when you are beside me mom" It was a terrible moment but God heard my cry and sent to my mum, where she was. She felt uncomfortable. She came saying what has happened to my family without any one informing her. Mom, you are light to me.

Mom you are my hero, you can be my hero mom,you will be my hero and you will take it in my heart, sweet mommm......... the names you chose for me just match with my lifestyle. How did you do it? Please, really it is your concern, my hero, thanks. Year to year i get friends but i ask where they go, yet they are many and mom you are one. You remain a permanent friend, year after year, ever since I came from your womb . Mom you are my special gift i own. MOM YOU SAVED MY LIFE. I CANNOT IMAGINE WHERE I WOULD BE. MAYBE I WOULDN'T KNOW MY HERO PROJECT ALSO.
