Jane Goodall is compassionate, brave, and dedicated to work for her job. Jane Goodall is my hero because she is a strong supporter of animals and proved this when she went out into the jungle to study chimpanzees. She learned about them by studying them in their natural habitat. She knew how they acted around people and around their friends. She was dedicated and followed her dreams just like her mother told her when she was a little girl. Jane Goodall's love of chimpanzees was inspired by the book, Tarzan, which she read when she was little. Jane Goodall was inspired by this book because Tarzan grew up in the jungle and had a friend that was a chimpanzee. Jane Goodall knew that the book was not true and that it did not happen in real life, but Jane wanted to go to the jungle and write books on how chimps act and she wanted to study them more. Jane Goodall is also brave. Jane Goodall is also compassionate because she freed chimps into a better jungle. Jane Goodall even started a program called Roots & Shoots for young people to help them understand and appreciate chimps. The program also helps young people become aware of animal issues in the world. This is why Jane Goodall is compassionate, brave, and dedicated.

I think Jane Goodall is compassionate because of her love and care for chimpanzees. Jane Goodall encourages people to do their part to make the world a better place for animals, people, and the environment. Jane Goodall has also written many books on chimpanzees. She also spends most of her time researching with her team. I also think she is compassionate because she has spent so much of her time to making sure the chimpanzees have a better quality of life in their natural habitats and did so by risking her own life to study them.

Jane Goodall is also very dedicated because she has spent over 50 years advocating for chimpanzees and studying their feeding behavior, ecology, infant development, and aggression. The Jane Goodall Institute works to protect chimpanzees of the Gombe National Park in Tanzania. Gombe National Park in Tanzania helps educate local people who are critical to chimpanzee survival. Jane Goodall has started a program called Roots & Shoots. In 1991, the program began with a group of Tanzania students. Now, the program is global throughout 130 countries with 150,000 members. Jane Goodall has dedicated her life to chimpanzees and it shows through her research, books, and institutions.

Jane Goodall is also very brave because she risked her life to go live in the jungle in Africa and Asia. Jane Goodall spent hours in the jungle observing the chimpanzees and their "chimp society." She found that chimps were in fact meat-eating animals by observing a chimp feeding on a baby pig sharing his meal with another female chimpanzee. She also observed them using tools to get food. For example, chimpanzees use a long flexible stick to get termites out of a nest. Jane Goodall changed the way humans perceive chimpanzees. She spends over 300 days a year traveling now to give lectures on conservation issues. She wants her research to be passed on to different generations and carry her message all around the world. When Jane Goodall was 26 years old, she went to the jungle in Africa to study chimps. She wrote over 100 books on the chimps and her life in the jungles. Jane Goodall is brave is spending over so many hours and living in the jungle.

I think that Jane Goodall is a hero because she is compassionate, dedicated, and brave. Jane Goodall is considered a hero because she cares a lot about wildlife even when she was a little girl. Jane Goodall has spent her life in the jungles of Asia and Africa for 25 years studying chimpanzees. She was inspired by a cartoon character named Tarzan. She read all the books about on Tarzan and loved that he lived in the jungle and had a pet chimpanzee. Jane Goodall wanted to really go live in the jungle, meet chimps, and write books about on them. She followed her dreams and did go out in the jungle, she did meet chimps and she studied them and she wrote many books to educate others on the importance of protecting chimpanzees. Jane Goodall also has her own website and is trying to raise money to protect wildlife. There are so many reasons why Jane Goodall is a hero to many but she has inspired me to go out into the world and stay dedicated to something that I believe in. That is why Jane Goodall is my hero.
