Outreach Partners

International Education and Resource Network
MY HERO is a proud member of iEarn.org, an online,
international network of educational resources.

In 2003, the MY HERO staff conducted workshops at the 10th iEARN International Conference in Japan. In the summer of 2002, MY HERO participated in the 9th International Education and Resource Network (iEARN) Conference in Moscow. Outreach Director, Charles Harper, conducted MY HERO workshops with students and teachers representing 60 different countries. Hundreds of CD-ROMs and videos were given to teachers from Russia, South Africa, Iran, China and a host of other nations.

"The MY HERO Project's participation in the iEARN Conference in Moscow was inspiring and informative. MY HERO's mission transcends international boundaries and will be as useful to the students of Russia as it already has been to students all over the world. Thank you for your participation!"

Mikail Filippov, Director of Teacher Training,
Ministry of Education, Moscow

How can we use the Internet as a tool for peace and hope?
Tell us what you think.
