General Information: Audrey Hepburn was born on May 4, 1929, in Ixelles, Belgium. Her birth name was Audrey Kathleen Ruston. Her parents are Ella van Heemstra, and Joseph Victor Anthony Ruston. She died on January 20, 1993 at the age of 63, in Tolochenaz, Vaud, Switzerland. She died of Appendiceal cancer.


Her spouses and children: Audrey has been married to two different men. Her first marriage was to Mel Ferrer. She had one child with Mr. Ferrer named Sean Hepburn Ferrer. Her second marriage was to Andrea Dotti. This brought about her second child, Luca Dotti.

Her Occupation: Audrey was an actress from 1948 to 1989. She has played in twenty-seven movies. "Wait Until Dark", "Roman Holiday", "Love in the Afternoon", "Breakfast at Tiffany's", and "Two for the Road" are just a few of Audrey's films. She was also a humanitarian from 1988 to 1992. She played in movies, television shows, and theater roles.


Her Television Roles: Hepburn has been in six television shows. In "Sunday Night Theatre" she played the part of Celia. In "Mayerling" she played the role of Maria Vestera. In "Love Among Thieves" she played the role of Baroness Caroline DuLac. And in "Gardens of the World with Audrey Hepburn" she played as herself.


Her Theater Roles: Hepburn has casted in six theatre roles. In "High Button Shoes" and "Sauce Tartare", her role was to be a chorus girl. In "Sauce Piquante", she was a feartured player. In both of the productions of "Gigi", she played Gigi. In "Ondine", she got the role of Ondine. "High Button Shoes" was preformed in the London Hippodrome. For the production of both "Sauce Tartare" and "Sauce Piquante", the Cambridge Theatre was the ideal stage. The first production of "Gigi" was held at Fulton Theatre, while the second was held at the Various. And the "Ondine" production was held at the 46th Street Theatre.
