Angelina Jolie was born June 4,1975 in Los Angeles, California. Her mother was Marcheline Bertrand and her father was Jon Voight. Angelina attended the University of Southern California school of Cinematic of 1993. She became an actress when she starred in an HBO movie Gia in 1998. Angelina is a magnificent woman, that was one of the reason why I chose her. She's also my hero because she is caring and generous. Angelina Jolie helps poor children in need all around the world. She inspires people and give children hope.

Angelina went through some struggles when she was little. As a teen, she dealt with depression and as a result she started cutting herself. And she dealt with eating disorder. She and her father did not have a close relationship.

Angelina simply demonstrated heroism when she donates large sums of money to charities. She takes time out her busy schedule and goes to poor countries and sees how life is like for underprivileged people and sees the struggle they encounter on a day to day basis. She has been on field missions around the world and met with refugees and internally displaced peoples in more than 20 countries.

Some of Angelina Jolie's accomplishments were when she and her husband Brad Pitt established the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. With Bard help they have donated 1 million to US-Iraq war children funds where they will support the education of almost 8,000 affected children.
