He was born in the USA. He was a poor farmer. He saw the black people being slaves, and when he was the president he made things right. He made things right by abolishing slavery. Later in his life he was at the theater when he was shot and killed.
I learned that Abe Lincoln was an important president who helped provide freedom for all people. I will leave behind a legacy just like Abe by giving people opportunity to be themselves.
