Doug Baron

My favorite hero in our local town is Doug Baron. Doug is a very fun art teacher at the Hunterdon Art Museum. In his class students bring in cartoons, super heroes, comics, and collectible cards for Doug to teach us (step-by-step) how to draw the pictures. Doug usually helps us draw comics and cartoons and sometimes we make our own characters and then we vote to see who's is best.

Doug is my hero because he taught my friends and me how to draw very well. Doug has inspired me to make my own comics and characters. I have also been inspired to make comics with my friends

Doug is the writer and illustrator of Sugar Ray Fin-head. Sugar Ray Fin- head is about an alien boxer coming to earth and fighting other aliens and humans. Doug also created Li� Jim Bob Big Foot, he is a character that annoys Sugar Ray Fin-head in the comics.

I think a hero is a person that spends every day trying to help one or more people. This is what Doug does during every one of his classes. Doug is personally my hero because he has helped me raise my drawing skills tremendously. Now I can draw tons of super-heroes, cartoon characters, and comic characters.
