Dad

My Dad (I drew it)

My hero is my Dad. My Dad’s name is James. My Dad was born at Vegreville hospital in Vegreville. My Dad lived all over Canada. He started in Vegreville, then he went to Spruce Grove. Next he went to Ottawa, that is where he started school. The school he went to was Blackburn Hamlet Elementary School. Then he moved to Saskatoon in grade three. The schools he went to there were Bishop Pocock Elementary School and Holy Cross High School. Next he moved to Sherwood Park. The school he went to was A B J High School. Then he moved to Vancouver. He was out of school. Then my Dad moved to Edmonton. He met my Mom at NAIT and got married after graduating. They moved to Calgary that is were they got a dog. They named him Motley after the Motley Crue. Then they moved to ST. Albert and had two kids.

My Dad is my hero because he loves me, he cares for me, when he gets home from work he is so happy to see Gavin, Mom and me and we are so happy to see him! When my Dad leaves, Gavin, Mom, and me, already miss him. My Dad is very peaceful. He is peaceful because he comes to church with me when I want to go, and no one else wants to go to church. My Dad is very trustworthy. I trust my Dad to help me do something, when I am not there. My Dad is helpful to me because when I need help he is always there to help me.

I choose my Dad for my hero because he is always there for me when I’m hurt or when someone is being mean to me. When I’m hungry he will make him and me our favorite meal.

My Dad taught me to cook my first meal. Now I know how to cook chicken noodle soup. He also helped me step my first step and helped me walk my first meter. Now I know how to walk more then a meter.
