A hero is someone that inspires us to be a better human being. Who inspires you? On my side one woman inspires me. In fact she inspires a lot of us in our school. Her name is Geraldine Thibault. I will write about the characteristics of my hero (physical and mental description) why I have chosen this person and finally what makes her a hero for me.

Geraldine is a sister of the Assumption. She is about 5 foot 6, has glasses and brown hair.

I can describe this person as an outgoing person with a lot of energy. She is always there to help someone in need. She is very intelligent, humble and wise.

I chose this person because she has invested a lot of time in several projects to better this school and this world. In fact one of her main interests is environment. I must say she is well beyond her time on this matter. She was responsible for our new constructions a couple of years ago and she decided that it was time to invest in the future. She was in charge of a huge project to make this school green.

What makes this person a hero for me is her ability to listen and to act. She is a person of wit and solution. She never lets you down and she takes the time to let you know that you are important to her eyes. She has an impressive record of things she has accomplished. A key factor is that she has always been humble about it.

Sister Geraldine is a great hero but above all she inspires us to be better human beings. What is the name of your hero?
