Heroes are very motivated people! Heroes are very important. Heroes are people that other people look up to. They motivate others and have courage. Heroes never give up. My hero is Mustafa Kemal from Turkey. He made Turkey a free country.

My hero is Mustafa Kemal. He was the first president in the Republic of Turkey. He was born on March 12, 1923. At the age of 12, he began going to military school and in 1904 was accepted to the Herbier Staff College in Istanbul. Mustafa Kemal was a very good student in math. He graduated from the Staff college as a captain. There are many things that he accomplished in his life time.

Mustafa Kemal is a strong leader. He made Turkey have its own government. He was the person who freed Turkey from the Ottoman Empire. Mustafa Kemal is known as the father of Turkey. He made Turkey a much stronger country. He then became the first president for fifteen years. Next I will tell you about Mustafa Kemal's qualities.
