Leonardo Da Vinci

What do you think a hero is and does? Heroes are people who help do something to help the world or their country in some way. A hero has to stand up for what is right. Heroes are also kind and caring. My hero’s name is Leonardo Da Vinci from Italy. He was a famous artist and inventor.

Leonardo Da Vinci was born on April 15, 1452 and he lived in Vinci, Italy. Leonardo was always extremely intelligent boy. He would confuse his teachers at school with his questions. Leonardo loved animals and had his own horse. He would walk though Milan and draw everything he saw there. Leonardo drew helicopters and planes before they were ever invented.

Leonardo DaVinci had many accomplishments. He painted the Last Supper. He also painted the Mona Lisa. Another of Leonardo DaVinci’s famous paintings was the Madonna on the Rocks. He was also an inventor. He invented the first locks for canals. These are some of Leonardo’s accomplishments that he did in his life.

Leonardo Da Vinci has some qualities that make him a hero. Leonardo was always nice to other people. He was very smart. Leonardo was smart because he was able to invent the first lock. He also was very dedicated to all of the art work he did. These are the qualities that Leonardo Da Vinci has.
