My hero is Mother Teresa of Calcuta. Her real name was Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu. She was born on August 26, 1910 in Skopje Macedonia.

She was a missionary of a charity and she won a Nobel prize in 1979 in the name of the hungry and poor people. During her life she helped poor people to have a better life.

She was a well know woman due to her charity works and her missions that she did around the world.

I chose this person because I think that she is a great person and I admire Mother Teresa because she helped poor people and she did so many works with the homeless people.

She died on September 5, 1997 in Calcutta, India when she was 87 years old.
