Virgin Mary

Everyone asks this question and everyone has a hero, but I have a heroine. Every good question has a good answer and mine is the Virgin Mary. Why is she my heroine, well this is my answer. She and her family ran with danger, but that danger didn´t meant that she would give up. Her child must grow-up like all the other children, but he had a different purpose in his life that would change ours. She was a brave woman since Angel Gabriel told her she was pregnant of the son of God and she didn´t refuse to him. But she was also a lovely mother. Also she was kind, obedient, serving and had exemplary humility. She was, she is, and she would be my heroine because any mother has the courage to see their son die by saving the people's life from sin and she had it and that´s why now people call her "THE FORTUNATE" because she is the mother of Jesus our God, my heroes.

Little is known about the life of Virgin Mary. So far we don’t know when she was born or who her parents were. We only know she always helped her Son in everything. When she was pregnant, she went to visit her kinswoman Elizabeth who was pregnant of John the Baptist. She greeted Virgin Mary with the words, “Blessed are you among woman, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.” (A prayer that we use during this days). Since she was taken to heaven she has appeared to many people giving messages, indicating her Son.

Virgin Mary lead Jesus to his first miracle in the wedding of Canaan. Her instruction to the servants of the wedding was “Whatever he says to you, do it.” (I could think this message is for all the world). She appeared in many places. One of them was Tepeyac, Mexico, to Juan Diego. Ultimately she appeared in Medugrie, Fatima, Lourdes, France, Cleveland, and even more places, cities and towns she had visited to give the message of her Son that is: “LOVE ONE ANOTHER LIKE I HAVE LOVE YOU.” This is the message she gives to everyone in the world.
