My Mom

My Mom (I drew it)
My Mom (I drew it)

My hero is my mom. She always is there for me. She is always caring and loving.

Her parents were born in Germany. My mom had to switch from German to English. My mom grew up in this small house in Edmonton. She had to walk 10 minutes to get to her school. She had to get jaw work done then jaw surgery.

I chose my mom because she is always there for me. One time I was riding my bike and she was at the top of the hill then I fell and she raced down the hill and helped me up and then put her coat around my arm that got all cut up.

She also makes supper for me every night. She also makes lunch and breakfast. She donates her time for my family and me.

She is so brave. Kids called her big mouth and brace face but she ignored it and just walked right by them.

She has affected my life by standing up for herself and being so brave and helping me all the time. She is truly my hero. I learned to be brave and stand up for my myself and ignore bad things. I want to be more like her!
