Team STAT has collaborated and watched different videos that other people have made and none were about the fact of Animal Cruelty. We want to celebrate people who save animals from animal cruelty and abuse. What we want is to give some credit to the unsung heroes who have gone above and beyond to save the lives of abused animals. Our team of four loves animals, and we think that animals deserve a second chance at life and at the chance of a different fairy tale ending.

As said earlier, our group loves animals and loves to see them walk with a little pep in their step, and we love to see their ears perk up when they hear their treat bag. Team STAT wants to honor people who do their part in saving abused and beaten animals. Animal Cruelty is a very hard subject we understand, but it is growing rapidly enough that people should know how much it hurts. Earlier in the week we e-mailed a few people who work at shelters, people who work at the SPCA, and some local people who love animals. They basically all said the same thing: "Animals need our help. Only the kids know it's wrong when their parents abuse these animals. When they grow older, it slips their mind that animals need love, too. No matter how big or small."

When STAT came back from the weekend, we decided on a local hero who loves animals and wants to put a stop to animal cruelty. Her name is Renee Moore. She is a teacher at our school, and she works part- time at Lake Norman Animal Shelter and Rescue. She herself has animals who were rescued and or abused at one time. We want to give her credit by doing this video to try and get more people involved. We want to get the message across that abusing animals needs to stop. People need to realize that what they are doing really will hurt the animal and their trust of humans.

Ms. Moore will help us tell people how to help the abused animals, and what we need to do to stop hurting the animals. People like Ms. Moore can help us help save the abused animals. All our group wants to do is to help the helpless animals all around the globe, escape from the pain of their abusers. Animals are crying everyday for our help, but how come the owners can't hear them? That's because the owners don't care enough to do anything about it.

If we can we would love to do this documentary project not for us but to help save abused animals. All we want to do is put a lower rating of violence on animal cruelty. We want the animals to stop crying and to live healthy, happy lives. Ms. Moore is a great person to be our hero. Please help us help save the animals.
