Red

My hero is protective. My hero is always caring. Her friendship with me will never end.

My hero is my dog,Red. She is a member of my family. I always feel safe and protective when Red is around. For example, at night she lays by my door and watches over me. When I go outside, she never lets me leave her sight. She barks to let me know if danger is near. Red always jumps in between a stranger or another animal and me.

One of Red's best qualities is that she is caring. She is there when I feel hurt or gloomy. When I'm hurt, she comes running up to me and licks me to make sure I'm okay. When I'm gloomy, she walks up to me and nudges me with her nose and licks me on the face. This makes me feel as happy as a clown performing for children. I never feel lonely when my hero is near me.

My dog Red is special to me. She cares about me and protects me day and night. Knowing that she is here for me,I feel very safe.
