Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is the best basketball player of all time. Michael Jeffery Jordan was born  February 17 1963 in Brookline, New York. He loved the sport of basketball and dreamed off being a NBA player someday. Michael Jordan attended Emsley A Laney high school and tried out for the school basketball team thinking he would make it and he did but a bit into the season the coach sent him down to the JV team and played the rest of the season there.   

After high school Michael Jordan, went to North Carolina where he started his college  season and he always played his hardest. During the March Madness event, North Carolina was doing pretty good and they got into the championship game. It was North Carolina vs Georgetown, as the clock was winding down in the last quarter Michael Jordan took the winning shot at the last second and made it and they won the championship game. The crowd was going crazy and everyone was so happy and they were all exited for what would happen next.                                                                                                                                                        

Recently after they won the NCAA tournament it was the NBA draft night. Their pick was Michael Jordan for the Chicago Bulls, Number 23. His first game he knew he had a lot of pressure on him for his debut but he did amazing like he always does. During his career he received 30 awards, 5 MVP, 1 defensive player of the year, 6 championships, 6 championship finalist MVP and lots more. One year he left the NBA to play baseball for the Chicago White Sox and came back to play for the Washington Wizards. As he was getting older Michael Jordan wasn't as effective as he was averaging 20 points and when he was younger he was scoring 37.1 points per game. After finishing the season he retired and then he went on to owning the Charlotte Hornets and that is all of Michael Jordan's career.
