"Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996), known by his stage names 2Pac (or simply Pac) and Makaveli, was an American rapper. Shakur has sold over 75 million albums worldwide making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world and the second highest selling rap artist behind Eminem. Rolling Stone Magazine named him the 86th Greatest Artist of All Time."

He inspired me in many ways, such as writing poetry and writing music. I never thought anything was possible until I read Tupac's poetry book. It was very inspirational to read and helped me a lot through life. I think everyone should read some of Tupac's poetry. It is very helpful to get through problems.

Tupac's albums also help me become a better rapper. In some of his songs he talks about achieving goals and keeping faith. That is the main reason why he is my hero. He is also very brave and has a lot of courage. Tupac never was a gangster, his peers were. Tupac was his own person and that is why he has it tattooed on his body. I respect him for being different than everyone else in this world.

He also has songs and poetry about respecting women. Men these days have no idea how to treat a woman. And as a person I think that 2pac is right about men being unfaithful to girls and it is wrong. Why should men hurt a woman when a woman brought a man into this world. It just doesn't make sense. Tupac showed me that a man should treat his woman like gold.

Everyone should have their own special hero, but mine is Tupac Shakur. He is an inspiration and his music keeps me going. If i didn't have a hero like him I wouldn't know where I would be going in life. I pay attention to his music a lot, and he has a lot of messages in them.
