Sidney Crosby is the youngest captain in NHL history.... He is a professional ice hockey player. He is Canadian and he was born in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia.

Sid was born August,7,1987. He lived in Dartmouth Nova Scotia with his dad Troy, mom Trina and sister Tayler. Sidney Crosby is my hero because he makes me be a better person on the ice and in school.

Hockey changed Sidney Crosby's life because he made it to the NHL. Sid's obstacles are that he has to practice almost every day, he has to skate at least 10 to 20 laps around the rink every day and finally, he has to do at least 30 pushups before every hockey game.

An action is say Pittsburg won the Stanley Cup Sid would go over and shake hands with the other team and Crosby added his first gold medal with Team Canada overtime win against team USA.......Crosby also scored overtime winning gold to seal the deal. Cosby played 7 games in the tournament scoring 4 goals and 3 assists for 7 points.

Sidney Crosby is the captain of the Pittsburgh penguins and he is a team player. He motivates younger kids to be the best that they can. He makes me feel like I can do anything if I achieve my goals and always work hard to be the best I can. When I play hockey I always think about being like Sidney Crosby and I try to get goals just like he does. He also influences me to be a better person.
