The sixth grade at Saddle River Day School enjoyed communicating with a class from the Ukraine about heroes and publishing an essay about a personal hero.
Stories shared the the 9th - A class of Mrs. Gilyova, from Lyceum of IT school, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
This project made us deliberate on the issue of who a real hero is and we are happy to share our stories with students all over the world.
Heroes all around us.
Ups and downs. Smiles or frowns. A hero lights our way. This year we have realized the value of the many everyday heroes we encounter in our lives.
