I first found out about Karen Kingsbury when I was looking for a book to read from my mom’s book shelf. I saw one of her books and my mom suggested reading it. I decided to read it and I have love her books ever since. Her books make you feel like me feel like I am in the story because of how descriptive they are. I have read many more of her intriguing books since then.

Karen Kingsbury has written over 20 great books. Some of them even made it to bestsellers lists. She sells many copies of her books at almost all bookstores. Karen has loved reading and writing books since she was very little which helped her when she started actually writing books to sell. Karen is writing many more books that I think will be great.

Karen loved writing books even when she was very little. She wrote small books with pictures when she first learned to write. Also, Karen loved Dr. Seuss. “Dr. Seuss was a major influence on my childhood reading. I loved the way the stories always had a deeper meaning, and how they rhymed perfectly, with perfect rhythm.” Said Karen in an interview. I think Dr. Seuss’ books encouraged Karen to be the great writer she is.

Karen Kingsbury is a truly amazing person and writer. She does public speaking to encourage people all over the United States. I have been to one of her public speaking engagements and she was really encouraging, nice and funny. Also Karen has three adopted sons from Haiti. I think this is a very selfless thing that she did that made a huge impact on many people’s lives.

Karen Kingsbury is an amazing person. I want to be like her because she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is very humble. She is also very smart so I want to continue to try hard in school so I can be smart like her. Also, I want to volunteer my time like she does to help people. When I find a career that I want to pursue I want my love for it to be like hers for writing and I want to be as good at it as she is.
