Cherrone Peterson is the best mom in the world. Even though she works in the corporate world she still finds time for her children. I appreciate my mom a lot. She is from Detroit, Michigan. She lived there most of her childhood. When she was twelve years old she moved to Spain with her mother Jean Turner and her father Robert Turner. A couple years later her brother Robert Appling was born making her the oldest. She had an excellent GPA her whole life and never missed any homework assignments or tests always a stellar student since kindergarten. She wasn't like most kids she didn't love to play outside or go a lot places with her friends. She was always studying or reading in her spare time. Everywhere she went she used her manners like "thank you" and "yes sir" never rude or disruptive during school or at home. She was a true treasure to have.
My hero is and always will be my mom. She has lived many places all over the world. My hero is bilingual and is very smart, funny and generous to people. Also she has had an active real estate license for about forty years. When she was twenty one she was hired at Cal Fed, a high ranking bank, to become a underwriter. She excelled at the job and kept moving up to different jobs during her business life. While working multiple jobs and running errands she still managed to keep her house and children clean. Most of business women do not do this. After all of her business life was over she moved to Sacramento, CA, to settle down with her family.
Not only does my hero have a corporate world life she also has a very exciting personal/mom life. She has been married twice and has had nine children. Four of her first children are from her first marriage and five of her second group of children is from her recent marriage to Cedric Vicente Peterson. They live in Orangevale CA and have been happily married for eighteen years. My hero has made a huge difference to a lot of people; not only does she care for her children, but she also goes out of her way for friends and sometimes people she doesn't know. Since she has an extra house that's in mint condition, she helps people with housing. So basically she lets people live in her house when they don't have a home of their own to stay in. Besides helping people with housing issues she also has introduced people to a better way of health. She is very careful about her health so she takes holistic vitamins and minerals to stay healthy and happy.
My hero is related to my life because she is my mom and there isn't another like her out there. Her actions inspire me because I want to be just like her when I grow up especially in school. Also, she is very educated in math, literature, real estate and her brokerage business. She is my role model because when I grow up I want to be just like her. I think my mom is one of the best role models because she is the best person in my life that I can look up to. If I didn't have my mom in my life I would not what to do.
So since my hero is my mother I have a closer connection with her than others. I'm the only one that knows the true side of her when she's not around people. Also, she has a lot of heroic qualities that she shows everyday. She is very successful in her career and is an awesome role model for anyone.
