Paul Mccartney

Heroes today are substitute heroes, like celebrities. A hero can also be a normal person or animal that can save lives or do something to make people like them. Examples of heroes can be angels, animals, writers, teachers, earth keepers, artists, explorers, poets, peacemakers, lifesavers, scientists and even a hero’s hero. Anyone can be a hero!

My hero is not a lifesaver or a scientist or an earth keeper, but an artist, a musician. This not the type of artist that plays rap and other stuff like that. He and his band invented "rock and roll." He played in The Beatles. His name is James Paul McCartney.

Paul McCartney created rock and roll and brought joy and happiness to people who liked this new type of music. He wasn’t just playing for the money to keep to himself, but he donated lots of the money he earned to charity. Paul McCartney and his band were number one in almost all the world and they were great role models.

My hero, Paul McCartney, was born in Liverpool on June 18, 1942. He joined The Beatles in 1960 and started his career there. After 1970, the band broke up and Paul McCartney went and started his own band called The Wings. This was his type of band with rock and roll the way he wanted it to be.

Paul McCartney has changed the way I like my music. To tell the truth, I used to like classical music. Now since I’ve listened to The Beatles, I find their music crazy good. Paul McCartney is important to me because he has done lots of things to help people. He has not saved people like heroes in movies do, but with the money he makes, he sends money to charities to help those in need of food, shelter and medicine.
