Anna Dmytryan (1843-1913) lived in Elysavetgrad, now Kirovograd. She built two modern hospital at that time for their citizens in Elysavetgrad and Novomyrhorod. She spent her own money and asked that one hospital was named Anna in honor of her daughter.
The hospital was built in 1904. It was modern scientific institution. Poor people were able to get free treatment in it.
I don't know many facts about her life, but I think that she was very clever and kind woman. She was an example of charity for us.
