As it is said a hero is being that leaves traces in life; A hero is a source of inspiration for present generations but also for future generations. General SOUMARE, born a man like the others, is why he is and will remain eternal in the eyes of the Malians and all of West Africa. This good man has to fight throughout his life for the African cause. What he always likes to say is I am an African soldier. What makes General Soumare a hero is through these many acts for all of Africa:
Those who have served on these orders remember one of these ingenious ideas. Through the creation of autonomous battalions these are battalions that gathers all the sensibilities of an army, the genius the infantry and so on. ... these battalions could be fired in any situation. It also opened the military training and training center of KATi (Mali) where the 1st soldiers received full training. It inculcated to the men acts of bravery, endurance and especially of love for their countries. The General was a guarantor of the dignity of Mali for which he is and will remain my hero forever. It is for him he will remain an eternal hero for those reasons why in January 20011 Mali dedicated a monument to its people to show the Malian people that their general is hero and a monument for the MALIAN people.ALL the vehicles of the artillery carry this grave name of the general, subdued capos and a large stick of Mali GS is and will remain on armored vehicles.
This brave man will remain in the minds of all Africans and especially me because he is and will remain a source of inspirations for me and his famous Words will always remain in my head: I am AFRICAN SOLDIER
