My hero is Ade Rai but his full name is I Gusti Kusuma Yudha Rai. He was born in Jakarta on 6 May 1970. He is an athlete bodybuilder. I chose Ade Rai as my hero because he has many muscles in his body and is an expert of health and strength. Ade Rai has many achievements in national and international competition. Ade Rai graduated from the University of Indonesia.

The first time I saw Ade Rai was on television, RCTI, when I was 14 years, when he joined a health program. I remember what he said in that program. Anybody who wants to be like him must eat twelve white eggs in one day and if you work out every day, you have to drink a bottle of mineral water or more and don't forget to practice regularly.
