My Hero My hero is Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was born on July 30, 1947 in Thal, Austria. His father’s name was Gustav Schwarzenegger and his mother’s name was Aurelia Jadrny. His father was a Chief of Police and was also a Nazi. He had an older brother named Meinhard. His older brother died in a car accident with Arnold in the car.

He was a body builder at an early age. He liked playing sports but he loved body building. Sometimes he would break into gyms so he could train. On his body building days, his nickname was The Austrian Oak. He served in the Austrian Army in 1965 and left to compete in competitions for his body building. At Age 20 he became the youngest person to win Mr. Universe six times and retired in 1975 from body building .

He was a millionaire at the age of 30. He had a brick-laying business and then after that, a mail-order business. He started making movies and had to train for his movies. His training was running, sword fighting and horse back riding for the movie Conan. He acted in action movies and comedy movies. Some of his action movies are, Last Action Hero, Commando, Predator, and The Terminator. Some of the funny movies are Kindergarten Cop and Twins.

He married Marie Shriver and had four children, and later became the Governor of California on October 7, 2003.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is my hero because he doesn’t need a stunt man to do his stunts in movies. This makes him a great movie star. This is the reason he is my hero .
