Bill Clinton

by Britnay from Pennsylvania

If you live long enough, you'll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, you'll be a better person. It's how you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit, never quit"

In honor of Bill Clinton, I did a research about this hero in “Biography today.” I chose Bill Clinton because he was my mom’s favorite president. After the research, I was glad I did because I learned so much about him.

Who knew such a normal beginning would give the world such a hero? Bill Clinton was born on August 19, 1946. He was born in Hope, Arkansas. His parent’s names are Virginia (Cassidy) Blythe and Rodger Clinton.

The foundation of heroism is education. He went to Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He went to many different schools like Oxford University, Rhodes Scholar, British commonwealth and Yale University.

Hard work contributes to heroism. In 1978 Clinton was elected to his first term of governor of Arkansas. At age 32 he was the youngest governor in the nation. He and his young aides attacked state government with enthusiasm, reforming exist programming.

Bill Clinton is important to mankind and changed the world. He is important because he was my mom's favorite president when she was a little girl. He also ran for president in October of 1991. That’s the reason why Bill Clinton is famous.
