Brian Gade

To me a hero is brave, courageous, and giving. Brian Gade is all those things. He is my dad and he is in law enforcement, a Correction Officer, and a Juvenile Detention Officer.

Brian Gade is an ordinary hero that can do big things, like sacrifice his free time to help others. Once he helped some people bust into their house during a tornado. And many times he gives up his free time on his days off, going in to work extra for his boss.

He stays inspired with his job watching C.S.I. (Crime Scene Investigation). My dad helps people make good life choices. As a Juvenile Detention Officer he helps teenagers make better choices by learning what’s right and what’s wrong. Some of these teens haven’t had adults to teach them right from wrong, before my dad.

Those are the reasons my dad is my hero. NOT ONLY he is my hero he is a great father!
