My hero is Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee has accomplished many accomplishments in his life. Lee was among Time Magazine's 100 Most Important People of the Century as one of the greatest heroes and icons as an example of personal improvement through physical fitness. He was also among the most influential martial artist of the twentieth century.
In Bruce Lee's book The Tao of Jeet Kun Do, Lee wrote, "Training is one of the most neglected phases of athletics. Too much time is given to the development of skill and too little to the development of the individual for participation." "JKD, ultimately is not a matter of petty techniques but of highly developed spirituality and physique."
