My hero is Brian Mullany. I chose him as a hero because he did something good for many children around the world, not for himself. I chose him because of the qualities that he has such as selflessness, generosity, caring, loving, etc. Brian was a very successful advertising business man back in New York. He eventually sold his business and instead of using the money for himself, he used it to create a foundation called The Smile Train. A struggle that he had was seeing many children with cleft lips and palates. He thought that every child should have the chance to feel like they belong! He overcame that struggle with raising money for his foundation and helping many children around the world to fix their deformity. Today, Brian Mullany is still alive and helping many more children. His biggest accomplishment was helping thousands of children in many countries.
