Brett Favre

A hero is someone who is brave, someone who is confident and someone who is a good role model. My hero is Brett Lorenzo Favre. He has all of these characteristics. He is a quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings.

Brett Lorenzo Favre was born on October 10, 1969. He was born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi. In his first year playing in the National Football League he played for the Atlanta Falcons. He was the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers in his second year of playing in the NFL. Favre played for the Packers between 1992-2007. While he played for the Packers, he won two super bowls and three NFC titles. In 2008, he played for the New York Jets. This past year, he played for the Minnesota Vikings. His football number has always been 4 since he was a little kid. It didn’t matter what team he played for.

Brett Lorenzo Favre is brave because he is one of the oldest people to ever play in the NFL. Every time he gets sacked in the backfield, he keeps on getting back up. Sometimes other players don’t get back up, and since Brett does, he is a hero to me.

Brett Lorenzo Favre is also very confident and believes in himself. He believes in his team and thinks his team will win most of their games. I also play football and I try to think positively about my teammates, too. I think that if you think negatively, you will lose most games.

Brett Favre is a good role model to me because he makes me want to get titles like he does. He holds the most quarterback titles in the NFL. This makes me want to earn titles for my team, too. I could be voted Most Valuable Player like he was. When I get older, I could work towards a larger title, the Heisman trophy. I hope to win a Heisman trophy. Brett Favre is a very good player whom I admire. He has all the characteristics that a superhero would have.
