I always find myself in situations where I struggle with choosing what I want to do. Most of the time their situations where I have to do something that will benefit me in the long run or might even benefit someone else. Whenever I'm in one of these situations, usually the first thought to come to my mind is what would Carissa do?
Carissa is my older sister. She's sixteen so she's only older than me by a year. Honestly though I think she is my only role model though. Even though I am younger than her I've seen her grow up so much in her life.
Unfortunately I've seen her through some of her worst times. But I've also seen her overcome all of it. My sister is a hard worker. Even though she may procrastinate on things, but really who doesn't? She gets all of her stuff done and you can't say that about everyone.
I don't know how she does it really. She goes to a very hard school I would know since I go to the same school. Each year she's been able to keep her grades pretty high always having all A's and B's. With that being said she also works. She works a job four or five days a week. With all of this on her plate she still doesn't stop. She also goes to church regularly and by regularly I don't mean just Sundays. She goes to church Saturday, Sunday, and sometimes a couple days throughout the week. I can't describe how proud I am of her and how privileged I feel to be able to call her my sister.
I have never actually thought of any one as a role model ever but I can honestly say that my sister is my role model. She inspires me to better for myself and even others, even when things are tough and seem impossible to get through. That's why my sister is my hero.
