A Mother

A hero is someone who saves people´s lives from some sort of agony or horrible circumstances. A hero loves all the people in the world, and has sacrificed his or her life for another. A parent who risks him or herself is a hero. A hero has to be very strong, save poor people, and always help others when they are in peril.

Hence, he must not be afraid of danger. I think a hero is someone who you can trust, someone who helps others without asking or wanting something. A hero is someone who you can look up to, and someone who doesn´t brag about being better than others; someone who you believe has made a positive impact on society and your own life. A hero is a person who does something good for others without stopping to worry about what he is missing.

A hero can do something as simple as watching a son's TV show instead of his own, or as great as taking a bullet for the president. It is just that one kind of heroism is recognized more than the other. A 'hero' usually has superhuman abilities, or idealized character traits that enable him or her to perform extraordinary, beneficial deeds.

My hero is my mother. She was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, on March 28, 1968. She is my hero because she is a very good mom, and she works hard to teach us values, and to give us a better future. I think she really likes teaching us new things. She is almost always happy all the time, and she is really cool with me and my sister. That is why I think of her as a hero.
