Heroes are important to many people, especially to kids. Kids have idols which are heroes in the case. I'm a teen and still have a hero. They're the people you look up to, and every time they do something great it makes it even better. When I see my hero step onto the field I always have a good feeling. When they have a bad game it hurts to see the person you look up to upset. It makes you want to be down.
My favorite hero that I look up to is the running back #28 Chris Johnson. Chris Johnson came out of a small college division two East Carolina. Chris was drafted in 2008 in the first round with the twenty fourth pick. He was drafted to the Tennessee Titans and it was a shock that a division two guy went in the top twenty five, but his 4.2 forty yard dash time stuck out to the Titans. Chris had a phenomenal season, but his second season he had a goal. Chris came out and said he was going to rush for more than two thousand yards. Even though the Titans had a horrible season, Chris went for his goal and beat it with two thousand and six yards.
Chris Johnson is the future for the Titans and is the fastest man in the NFL. His speed in and out of his cuts make the defense cringe. Chris is one of the running backs that is small but still not afraid to lower his head and take the hit from a big three hundred pound lineman. Chris was so impressive with his speed he tested it. He raced the fastest man in the world like ten times and he won like three times. That race proved that Chris Johnson is in fact one of the fastest men in the world and the fastest man in the NFL.
I think that Chris Johnson is a great person to have as a hero because he always sets and achieves goals for himself and he will go down in the HALL OF FAME. I will believe in Chris every time he sets a new goal because he never gives up and that's what you wanna see your hero do. And when CJ sets a goal you better believe he can do it with that incredible speed he has. So when you're watching the Titans play. if Chris gets to the outside you better kiss him goodbye cause he's gone.
Chris Johnson is gonna impact my future a lot because the way I see him go and set the big goals and go accomplish them makes me think when I am an adult I will set a goal and never give up on it. That is a great hero to me, one that doesn't give up on their goals. Another reason he will impact my future is that he doesn't give up on his dreams. An example is when he was in a small college, his dream was to be drafted and make an impact on the NFL and now he is living his dream being the best running back in the NFL and being my hero.
