Dale is the founder of Juust Sooup. She feeds people who are in need; if they just got fired or if they are homeless, they can come to Dale. She knows what it feels like to be homeless, for once she had gotten her home taken away from her. She has been through rough times but she gets back up. For this is why she does what she does. She is just an ordinary person just like you and I.

She was learning ministry when she offered to bring in soup for their snacks. She brought in soup that everybody had commented her about. Then she thought, "How can I teach people about God when they have empty stomachs?" So she made soup for the homeless. She also gave some money to go to a hotel and shower, eat, etc. She loved what she did, she got huge pots to make her amazing soup in.

One day when she came home, her husband was on the phone begging a lady to wait a little longer so they can pay the bills, but the women was cruel and said, "You don't deserve a house, I will do everything I can to make sure you don't have a house. This time next week you won't have a house." And slammed the phone off. They were paying for their kids to get through college. They had lived in their car and their so-called-friends were SO rude to them. But when they did get money during that time, Dale would use that money for the soup for the homeless.

She put others before herself in the worst times too. This is the reason why Dale is my hero. She truly is touched by God, for she loves others so much. My hero has/is helping the homeless. She has stepped up to the bat when no one else would. She lives currently in Lewis. she is the age of 56 years old. She is important to me since she is helping as many people as much as she can which has really touched my heart.
