David Rafik

My hero is an exceptional young man aged 21. His name is David Rafik. David discovered his talent of writing during high school. He feels so grateful to his beloved parents who believed in his talent and encouraged him to develop it by all means.  David is a student in the faculty of engineering, Cairo University.

It took David about six months to finish his book. In spite of the very hard times Egypt went by during the last three years, and the fact that finding a publisher who believes in a talent of such a young man was greatly difficult, David managed to publish his book, "Out Of the Box", on January 26th 2014. He started writing it in September 2012 and finished it in February 2013.

David's vision in his book "Out of the Box" is to encourage people to think critically and live a creative life by looking outside the box. David divided his book into four sections containing poems, short stories, some old articles and some recent articles.

David is increasingly ambitious and his dreams are never ending; David hopes to write more books that leave good impressions on people and help them improve their lives.

David is really an inspiration to me and many other young men, as we feel more confident about ourselves when we learn about him and his experience. Because if David can, we also can!!
