Doc Holliday

Doc Holliday was born August 14,1851 in Griffin, Georgia U.S.  He was troubled because his mom had a terrible disease which encouraged him to become a doctor to try to save her.  He graduated from school in dental surgery in 1872.

Doc Holiday finished school then later on started being recognized as a known gambler which led to him becoming a professional gunfighter.  He went on to become the ultimate bounty hunter.  He protected mainly women from robbers.  There was one case when Holliday actually killed a robber with his famous knife gun to protect a young lady who was boarding a nearby train.

Doc Holliday got tougher as he got older and sicker.  He developed a really bad disease that was shortening his life and made him end up dying at the age of 36.  Doc Holiday was remembered for his participation in the gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Doc Holliday was buried with respect.  His grave can be found in Glenwoodsprings, Colarodo.  On November 8,1887 this was annonced as his death place.

Doc Holliday was a respected man and he is a very inspiring man to me because he had the will to stand up and be a leader for everyone else.  That is the reason that he is my hero with more reasons.  These are stated throughout the whole story.
