Did you know that Donovan Mcnabb has made thirteen touchdowns, five interceptions, and 2,372 yards? Yes, my hero is Donovan Mcnabb and he is the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles and he is pretty good at it. He got them to four consecutive NFC championship games, and to the Super Bowl in 2004. He's the franchise's all-time leader in wins and touchdowns, is a five-time Pro Bowl selection, and was runner-up to Marshall Faulk as the league's most valuable player in 2000.
Mcnabb was born in Chicago, IL in 11-25-1976 and he went to high school at Mount Carmel HS. Mcnabb weighs 240 pounds he is age 31 and he is 6ft 2in. He went to college at Syracuse and he has 10 seasons of experience. He admitted he didn't know the rules of a tie. He thought that if teams were tied after regulation, and after the overtime period, the game continued until somebody won. It doesn't work that way in the regular season. A tie at the end of overtime is just that, a tie, and there hadn't been one of those in the NFL since 2002.
Say what you will about his play of late -- he's had five interceptions over the last three games -- but he has been a tremendous player for the Eagles over the years.
Donovon Mcnabb has personally inspired me because he is a good QB and whenever I would play football with my friends or playing a football video game I would always play as the Eagles. Also, I like Mcnabb because he has good years and he has bad years. An example of a bad year was when Donovon got a cover on the John Madden magazine and Donavon broke his arm after that and was out for the season. Another thing that I like about Donavon is that he plays on the Eagles, which is my favorite team and it still would be even if Mcnabb left the team.
So like I said before, Donavon Mcnabb has made a lot of touchdows and yards.
