My uncle is one of the most generous persons I love. Uncle Erick is a hero to me because he was a marine. He took part in the war of Iraq. In the Marines, his job was to work on the computers. He knew how to build a computer from scratch!
When it was his free time and he could come home, he liked to be with his family and friends. My uncle loved to play with his friends, cousins, and family. He also liked to go out to the theater. His favorite movie was "Brave Heart"; his favorite actress was Julia Roberts.
If my uncle had something to say- he would say it. He liked to be on time, and he didn't like his friends to be late. He liked to dress properly and liked to eat healthy. He was very detailed and bossy. My uncle was the third child out of four children.
He always got into trouble at home by my grandmother, but he was the best student in the school. My uncle got straight honor roll in high school. I remember when he used to call me midget because I was small. He also used to say I was his pillow. I can remember him when I'm sad. When I'm sad, I remember all the good times we had and that cheers me up.
He was playful; he loved me and was the best uncle in the world. I'm lucky that I had an uncle like him because it's rare that you can have an uncle who you can admire so much. He taught me how to be caring, respectful and brave. Even though he passed away when I was only three, I hope to see him again. I will always remember our family's stories and love him in my heart.
