Francesco Falcone

by Christian from Mission Viejo

"First or last."~Francesco Falcone
Francesco (Frank) Falcone is a man helping people live along his life journey. Talented, educated, hardworking, and independent. He has been through it all and helps others through their own adventures. Frank doesn't help people find the path; he guides them the entire way in the right direction for success. I first came across Frank when I met his son Sean. Right off the bat Frank was telling me stories about his adventurous childhood and is now learning from it and guiding people away from the path he first took before he straightened his arrow and found his new self. Frank is someone I look up to because he is such a successful, determined individual and he has all the tools to teach everyone the rights and wrongs to life from his perspective and others. When I am older I would love to be as successful as Frank and give back to the community as did he.

According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook website, entrepreneurs typically look over people who work for them and analyze financial statements. In Frank's case, he is to a point now where he barely has to work because he pays people to do it for him. Occasionally Frank has to go to meetings while his dear son and friend safely wait in the moving car. In order to become an entrepreneur, "education and training requirements vary widely by position and industry, many top executives have at least a bachelor's degree and a considerable amount of work experience. " Most people in this field of work have a bachelor's or master's degree in business management and administration. Entrepreneurs make an estimated $102,690 per year.

As a child Frank was an adventurous soul. Similar to his son they both test what they can and can't get away with. While Frank was in high school the local Mustang dealership left their keys in an open safe. One night Frank and his friends took the Mustangs out for a little test drive and opened the gate to their school rivals' football field trying to spell their names on the field by drifting the cars. Frank told me if he weren't as adventurous, he wouldn't be where he is now. Frank explained that being a courageous person is the reason he made his sober living, he had no idea if he was going to come out on top or drop like a rock and lose everything. Frank went to Don Bosco High School and graduated in 1976, then went on to CSLB.

Frank contributes to society by helping people do what they think they can't. Frank sets the bar for what people have to do to become sober. He also assists them by providing a system of weekly drug tests to keep up with their well being. If you need help getting yourself sober go to Men in the Mirror.

In my life I'm going to give back to the community as much as I can, as Frank did. We both are adventurous people in our own way and I feel I could have a similar ending to Frank. By the end of high school I want to graduate with a good GPA and get into the college of my choice. I want to graduate college with a degree in Business Management and Association. With my degree I want to make my own agency firm and recruit top people to work for me and get the best athletes to sign with us so we can look over them and help them make the right decisions with their careers.
