The firemen of 9/11.

Our heroes are the firemen of 9/11. They saved a lot of people which were trapped in the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. After the aircraft flew into the buildings they went in and saved as many people as possible. When the buildings collapsed and many firemen were killed the other firemen were still searching for survivors under the scrap pieces. We choose these heroes because we think it is very courageous what they did. There were so many people who died but also so many saved through the firemen. A lot of firemen came out from all over America to help the other firemen. Because it was a very big disaster and many people were in danger. Many firemen have gave their lives for other people.

Our heroes have saved many people out of the WTC and the Pentagon. When the WTC buildings were collapsing there were many people and firemen in the building and most of them were killed. After the buildings were collapsed there was dust and pieces of scrap everywhere but the firemen did not want to stop looking for survivors. Because they were looking for so long they saved many people who were lying under the scraps. They not only saved lives they also were trying to put out the fires and trying to find a solution to get out all the people out of the buildings. The firemen who had survived the collapsing buildings were telling that they heard several explosions and they thought that the buildings would not collapse from the aircraft but because of explosions. Nobody will ever forget what the firemen of 9/11 had done. Many of the firemen were killed on 9/11 2001 but there are also many who survived. The firemen who still live will never forget the black day 9/11. Every year on 9/11 there is a memorial for all the firemen who gave their lives to save as many people as possible.

The firefighters of 9/11 are heroes because they have saved the lives of hundreds of people while they knew the building could collapse. While you go up a burning 120 stores building you would be very scared, because you’ll think of your own life. When you are a firefighter you mustn’t think too much about your own life or you may not be able to save lives. Being a hero means saving lives. That’s the difference between being a celebrity and being a hero. Why would a celebrity be important to you? It is just someone with a well-paying job. You’ll be someone’s hero if you help him with his/her life.
