My hero is my grandmother, Florence M. She was born March 25 1929. She is now 74 years of age. She has green eyes and red hair.

She is my hero because she overcame a leg amputation a long time ago. To me she is a regular person because she can do things that any other person can do. She is a very extraordinary person. She has one sister and had a brother, two daughters and one son, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is very healthy and takes good care of herself and her family. She is important to me because she brought my mom into the world and my mom brought me into the world. I’ve known her all my life with one leg and I can’t picture her with two legs. She is very special and I love her very much!!!
