My hero is my mom Gabriela; she is my hero and will always be. I know she is always going to be there for me and I know no one is going to love me like she does. She’s always been there in the good times and bad times. When I was small and used to get sick she missed work only to take care of me. When I need help and need her opinion about my problem or situation, she gives me the best advice. She always is willing to buy stuff for me. Growing up without a dad, without talking to him or seeing him has been hard, but she takes both places, and is great.
I don’t judge my mom, she is not perfect, she’s had a lot of mistakes, but I’ve never seen her give up on becoming a better person and learning from her mistakes.
She trusts me, like I trust her. I tell her most of my things. She’s not only my mother, but also my friend too. I’ve learned no one can take her place, she has guided me and has showed me how to be responsible in many ways. If I had an opportunity to change something in my life, I wouldn’t.
My mom is my hero because she is there for me, loves me, and I love her. She provides food and shelter. My strongest memory with her is when one day we didn’t have anything to eat and my little sister brought a plate and we couldn’t give her anything. I would never forget that day because I learned how valuable things are, and how you should always be thankful for what you have. Even if it is not a lot.
It also gives me a reason why I should respect her, and that slowly you have to be a better person, and that giving birth to a baby is not an easy thing, you have to love it and take care of him, like she did to me. Remember no one said life was going to be easy, but it’s worth it.
