Gaston Leroux

My hero is the person who wrote ‘’The Phantom of the Opera’’ His name was Gaston Leroux. In 1912 he wrote this magnificent play and to me it inspired me to follow my dreams and my heart, and he might inspire you just like he inspired me.

Mr. Leroux Gaston lived in Paris/ Normandy. He was born on May 6, 1868 and died on April 15, 1927. Gaston Leroux is my hero because he followed his dreams and the play “The Phantom of the Opera” had a lot of his work that inspired me like the phantom starting off liking Christine and she was bound to the Opera house for her life but the Phantom let her go and marry Raul. Gaston was not just a writer he was a journalist, and a novelist. Gaston’s father was a wealthy store owner. He went to law school in Paris and he did receive his degree in 1889.

Gaston Leroux would be in the writers’ category. He belongs there because he was a novelist, journalist, and he wrote plays and a movie producer. He wrote the following plays and books: “The Yellow Room”, “The Secret of the Night” and last but not least the “The Phantom of the Opera"

Mr.Leroux is my hero because of his play that inspired me to do what I desire and to follow my dreams. He also went to law school and that’s where I want to be when I graduate from school, and to study it in Paris is my biggest dream ever in all my dreams.

Gaston Leroux died on a nice April day from a urinary infection. So I give my gratitude to Gaston. He was a magnificent writer and I just found out movie producer. So even though he’s not alive he is always alive in my heart and soul. There’s Mr. Leroux Gaston for you.
