A hero is a person admired for his or her abilities, qualities, and achievements. A Hero is a person that will go beyond the limits of normal efforts to help any person in need. Heroes sometimes risk their lives to help others or spend their money in order to help. A hero can also be a person that with their hard work, efforts, discipline and training conquer special honors for their country making his or her country proud of having her represent it. My hero is Ana Gabriela Guevara Espinoza. She is a runner that has won many special and important awards in sports. Her specialty is running the 300 and 400 meter dash and has currently conquered medals and diplomas for our country Mexico.

She currently lives in the apartments that the Mexican Olympics Committee has built for the important athletes, which is next to a training track. This track has a built in microcosms that has many trees and green areas producing oxygen and a cleaner atmosphere residence. It is isolated from the highly polluted streets in Mexico City. There she trains twice daily for two and half hours in each of the sessions. Her coach is the Cuban Raul Barreda. She was born in Nogales Sonora on March 4, 1997. She started her career very young to be exact in Junior High School, where she joined in the Basketball team and was chosen for the state team. Then she decided to join athletics, this was a great discovery for her because she turned out to be the best runner our country has had in years.

All hero stories usually describe mishaps the life, work, hard times and achievements of a person describing all the efforts and misshaps they had throughout their life to reach their goals. They also described how their families and other people helped this person. Hero stories tell about their achievements since they started in their journey to become heroes, all the way until the end.

I admire Ana Gabriela first of all because she is a woman who has accomplished all her goals. She has had to work very hard and sacrifice many things. I think she has set an example to many young people through her efforts; I would like to be as dedicated as she has been in her career as a runner who wins 1st places and diplomas for her performance in sports. I believe we should aim for our goals and work very hard to accomplish them just like Ana Guevara does. Sometimes it will be very hard, and you will meet many obstacles along the way, but that makes the victory more enjoyable, we should never give up.
